We've made niffles for years.. I love them in chili.. we don't go to all that work though.. we drop them by spoon fulls.. we also do the fry in butter if anything is left over. Only thing they don't seem to work with is pork.. to much grease.. makes em mushy.. We love niffles.. except .. granddaughter can't say it.. she calls them.. well.. insert the letter "p" anyplace you see an "f" in that word.. that's right ..

@Just Me - I agree, I sounds horrifying. The name "Niff" is my nickname (derived from JenNIFer) and Stiff Niffles is just a cheeky play on words (or so I thought). Also, I'm thinking Stiff Niffles is going to have to become my signature dish.
